Restorative Aide/CNA - Now Hiring
Position Overview:
As a Restorative Aide at Attalla Health & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing specialized care and assistance in rehabilitation activities.
This full-time position involves working from 11:
00 AM to 7:
00 PM, contributing to the comprehensive care and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Implementing Restorative Care Programs:
Collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing staff to execute individualized restorative care plans designed to enhance residents' functional abilities.
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
Support residents in maintaining or regaining independence in mobility, positioning, and performing range of motion exercises.
Progress Monitoring:
Document and track residents' progress in restorative care programs, providing regular updates to the interdisciplinary team.
Individualized Care Plans:
Work closely with the healthcare team to contribute insights for the development and modification of individual care plans based on residents' needs.
Qualifications:
CNA Certification:
Must hold a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
