Job Description:
Evergreen Environmental Partners is a waste management and transportation services company headquartered in Alabama.
Our services include residential and commercial waste handling, long-haul transportation and landfill & transfer station management.
We are seeking a Vehicle Camera Installer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring the safety and security of vehicles.
As a Vehicle Camera Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicle camera systems, GPS trackers, and related equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in vehicle camera system installation is a plus, but not required.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must travel to company locations as needed throughout Alabama and Mississippi which may include over night stays occasionally.

Install vehicle camera systems, GPS trackers, and related hardware according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
Inspect vehicles to determine the most suitable camera system placement for optimal coverage.
Route wiring and cables neatly and securely throughout the vehicle.
Ensure proper connections and functionality of all installed equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues with existing camera systems.
Provide basic training to vehicle owners on system operation and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of installations and service performed.
